While we are happy to set up your email addresses on our server and provide all the details for you, unfortunately we cannot help you set up your email program. There are a few reasons for this:
- There are different ways of setting up email to suit you and your business.
- There are lots of different email programs out there on Macs, PCs and smartphones. We use Macs and Apple Mail, so are not familiar with PC email clients.
- If anything goes wrong with email in the future, people tend to call us for help. This kind of support isn't included in a website project and we are web designers, not IT support gurus!
The best solution is to find a friendly local IT support professional and form a working relationship with them. They will help you get set up (including your email, and computer backups) and provide ongoing support for your IT systems to keep your business running smoothly.
